About The Position

The QA Specialist is responsible for certifying all customer orders. They consolidate orders into the correct bins/carts, scan orders to ensure all items are present, hunt down Lost Items in the warehouse, and label all items/orders to signify they are ready to fulfill.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Ability to lift and move boxes as needed.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
Position requires seeing, hearing, use of hands and fingers, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily activities.
Must be able to communicate with others including talking, hearing, and listening and exchanging communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Use a phone, laptop, scanner, along with BuyWander’s QA tool, to scan and certify all customer orders before the customer arrives.
Label all orders/carts/items with the appropriate stickers to signify they are ready to fulfill.
Consolidate orders and place them in the appropriate tote or cart.
Assist the Pick Team in finding Lost Items in the warehouse to complete orders.
Update item locations as they are found.
