About The Position

Veritas HHS seeks a QA Specialist for the 20th Judicial District Child Support Services of Tennessee in Nashville, TN. Veritas-HHS provides consulting and operational expertise to health and human services agencies at the state and county levels. The Quality Assurance Specialist reviews petitions drafted by Case Managers, including petitions to establish parentage, set or modify support, and pursue civil contempt. The specialist analyzes case information to confirm that next steps align with State policies and procedures, and completes reviews and reports by established due dates.

Requirements

• Four years’ experience in child support services or a related human services field.
• Excellent math skills and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures.
• Solid communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track own performance through special reports.
