Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity. In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite five days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in-person team environment. The Role: Marketing at Nextiva ships fast. Hundreds of pages. Thousands of emails. Dozens of campaigns. Multiple websites and digital properties. The cost of a broken form, a misfiring email, or a busted tracking pixel is real pipeline. QA is the system that catches it before it ships. You'll sit inside our Architecture team and partner with every release that touches the customer. You'll be hands-on, practical, and organized. This isn't an enterprise QA architect role. It's the role for someone who wants to own quality across our marketing properties, grow their skills with mentorship and training, and become the person teams trust to catch the thing nobody else saw.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in website QA, web testing, or QA coordination
  • Strong cross-browser and cross-platform testing experience
  • Sharp eye for UI/UX consistency, spacing, layout, and usability
  • Experience testing forms, workflows, and user journeys end to end
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with bug tracking and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or equivalents) and Agile workflows
  • Experience using AI tools for testing, productivity, or automation support
  • Quick learner with a strong ownership mentality and a proactive problem-solving orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WordPress or WordPress VIP
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
  • Background validating analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing campaign flows
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with AI-driven or automated testing platforms
  • eCommerce website QA experience

Responsibilities

  • Manual QA testing across websites, landing pages, forms, and user flows
  • Cross-browser and cross-platform testing across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Windows, macOS, and mobile/tablet devices
  • Responsive behavior and mobile UX validation across screen sizes
  • Form testing, lead flow validation, tracking behavior, and submission functionality
  • UI/UX consistency, layout integrity, and visual bug identification
  • Clear bug documentation with screenshots, videos, and reproduction steps
  • QA coordination across multiple websites and concurrent projects
  • QA checklists, test cases, and testing documentation as living assets
  • Marketing campaign and landing page validation before launch
  • Regression testing during releases and updates
  • AI-assisted automated testing workflows: monitoring, maintaining, and improving them
  • Partnership with developers, marketers, designers, and stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution
