  • End-to-end SIT testing strategy and execution
  • Lead and mentor QA analysts, test engineers, and testing vendors/partners
  • Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices
  • Drive accountability for quality across project teams
  • Primary point of contact for all SIT-related activities
  • Develop comprehensive SIT test plans, schedules, and resource forecasts
  • Define entry and exit criteria for all testing phases
  • Identify testing scope, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business, functional, and integration requirements
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple applications and teams
  • Review and approve test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
  • Ensure end-to-end business process validation across integrated systems
  • Oversee execution of functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing
  • Monitor testing progress against milestones and timelines
  • Ensure defects are accurately documented, prioritized, and resolved
  • Lead defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution
  • Monitor defect trends, root causes, and quality metrics
  • Escalate critical issues and risks appropriately
  • Verify fixes and ensure retesting is completed successfully
  • Provide clear quality assessments and release recommendations
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Program Managers
  • Coordinate testing readiness across upstream and downstream systems
  • Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve testing blockers
  • Support business users during UAT and production readiness activities
  • Coordinate SIT environment readiness and availability
  • Ensure test data preparation and management activities are completed
  • Work with infrastructure and support teams to resolve environment issues
  • Validate integrations, interfaces, APIs, and batch processes
  • Develop and maintain testing dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Report on test execution progress, defect status, and quality trends
  • Measure and communicate test coverage and release readiness
  • Provide executive-level status updates and risk assessments
  • Identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage
  • Promote shift-left testing practices and quality engineering principles
  • Improve testing processes, tools, and efficiency
  • Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
