Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with senior level in enterprise solutions.
ISTQB Foundation Level and Agile Tester certification.
Services testing (APIs and integrations), high level. (Mandatory)
Design and automation of unit and load tests, high level. (Mandatory)
Experience in regression testing, high level. (Mandatory)
Automation of integration flows, high level. (Mandatory)
Knowledge of the banking business, particularly interbank transfer flows, high level. (Mandatory)
QA of enterprise solutions with an end-to-end focus: design of strategy and test cases, defect management, data validation and traceability requirement → test → evidence, high level.
BDD, high level.
CI/CD and pipeline management, high level.
Performance and security testing, and shift left / shift right approaches, high level.
Experience leading QA teams and managing quality metrics and OKRs.
Tools: Management and documentation: Jira (X-ray), Confluence, Azure DevOps. Version control and build: Git, Gradle, Maven. Databases: SQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL. Automation and BDD: Serenity BDD, ScreenPlay, Gherkin-Cucumber, Karate, Robot Framework, Appium. Performance and security: K6, JMeter, OWASP ZAP.

Responsibilities

Participate in team agile events.
Actively contribute to defining acceptance criteria for user stories.
Design test strategies and plans based on user stories, in BDD format.
Design and execute functional and non-functional test cases, with an emphasis on interbank transfer flows.
Validate data and ensure traceability from requirement → test → evidence.
Manage defects and prepare the required documentation for test closure.
Identify and manage quality risks as a basis for prioritizing tests.
Manage automated flows and implement test automation in frontend (web and mobile) and backend (services), including integration flows.
Design and execute unit, load, and regression tests on services.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Define the security testing strategy and execute performance tests.
Manage OKRs and cross-functional quality metrics.
Lead QA teams, promoting continuous improvement.
Monitor productive and non-productive application environments.
