Requirements

• 7+ years of field construction experience with a strong QA/QC background
• Solid knowledge of NCR processes, ITPs, and construction documentation
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Strong written communication and a professional presence on the job site
• Ability to mobilize within two weeks

Nice To Haves

• Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
• Prior owner's rep or third-party QA/QC inspector experience
• CQM, CQMC, ICC, or equivalent certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day site quality program and serve as the owner's representative on the ground
• Coordinate between the third-party QA/QC inspection firm and the General Contractor on scope, findings, and corrective actions
• Hold the GC accountable for quality conformance, NCR resolution, and ITP adherence
• Conduct independent field inspections and maintain thorough daily records, photo documentation, and weekly quality reports
• Keep quality milestones moving so they never slow down the construction schedule
