About The Position
The QA/QC Site Manager will oversee quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning coordination for a data center electrical construction project in Lubbock County, Texas. The role ensures electrical installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements while supporting testing, commissioning, and project closeout. The manager will work on-site with project and field teams and contribute to quality delivery on a mission-critical project.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of recent electrical construction experience in commercial or industrial environments.
- At least 4 years of QA/QC or electrical systems commissioning experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, construction standards, and quality procedures.
- Familiarity with industry-standard QA/QC and commissioning software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with project and field teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

- Data center construction experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and quality standards.
- Review project specifications, electrical designs, equipment, and installation requirements.
- Coordinate L1–L3 quality inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Work with commissioning teams to support L4–L5 commissioning and project closeout.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance.
- Train and evaluate QA/QC personnel and support field staff development.
- Track inspections, quality documentation, and reports using project management software.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and prevent rework.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure consistent quality standards.
