About The Position

The purpose of this position is to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards. The role involves monitoring operations, maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Have 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments.
• Have a strong understanding of quality management principles.
• Have experience with QMS frameworks.
• Have proficiency in CAPA management.
• Have a good understanding of the MS Office Suite, including MS Word and MS Excel.
• Have strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• BS in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems.
• Oversee document control for the QMS, including SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
• Conduct internal and external audits and prepare audit schedules and evidence.
• Administer CAPA programs and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Monitor non-conforming materials and coordinate MRB processes.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality performance data (KPIs).
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on quality checkpoints.
