QA Precert Technician - 1
About The Position
Radwell International is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented QA Precert Technician to join its quality assurance team on a full-time, regular basis. The role helps ensure products processed through the facility meet quality, accuracy, and functionality standards before certification and distribution. The technician performs pre-certification inspections and quality checks on incoming and outgoing industrial parts, electronic components, and automation equipment. Working with the QA team, warehouse staff, and technical repair personnel, the technician evaluates, documents, and prepares products for certification in a fast-paced warehouse and technical environment. The position is based at a Radwell International facility and is classified as Regular/At-Will. The hourly wage is $18.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. No per diem is associated with the role.
Requirements

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and technical environment.
- Background in electronics, industrial components, or technical inspection is encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of industrial and electronic components to verify condition, authenticity, and compliance with company quality standards.
- Document inspection results, defects, and findings using internal quality management systems and databases.
- Identify counterfeit, damaged, or non-conforming parts and escalate issues to senior QA staff as appropriate.
- Organize and maintain inspection records to support traceability and accountability throughout the precertification process.
- Assist with developing and continuously improving quality inspection procedures and checklists.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle, label, and store components according to company protocols.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality audits as required.
