About The Position

Case Farms is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. This role involves collecting, preparing, and testing samples, maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and ensuring the cleanliness and proper functioning of laboratory equipment. Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Eager willingness to learn.
• Flexibility required.
• Extended shifts may be required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
• Have a good attendance history – 2 points or less.
• Be willing to be cross-trained and learn all tasks in the department.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Know how to effectively manage time to complete all assigned tasks.
• Be able to communicate effectively with other hourly employees, plant management, and USDA personnel.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, preparing and/or testing samples.
• Keeping an accurate and legible record of all testing completed.
• Recording, analyzing data and presenting results.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
• Ensuring sanitary conditions are always maintained in the laboratory area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
