About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QA Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the quality assurance documentation for an ISO-certified company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 standards, supporting internal audits, and ensuring all documents are accurately managed and updated. This opportunity is intended for students who are in their final semester or have recently graduated.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate of Arts (AA) degree
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• BSc in English or Business with technical writing experience or Engineering Degree
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 standards
• Experience in electronic/semiconductor manufacturing
• Interest in developing skills in workflow management, quality assurance, and project management.
• Ability to interface effectively with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update QA documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Assist in reviewing and refining control documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain both hard copy and electronic document archives.
• Manage quality systems software and intranet pages for data updates and document control.
• Prepare semi-monthly Quality Metrics reports and summarize customer survey data for management review.
• Handle purchase requests and orders as needed.
• Scheduling and performing internal audits and following up on corrective action until closure.
• Provide support for customer quality tasks, including certifications and RFIs.
