We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. You’ll work alongside product managers, developers, and designers to ensure we ship high-quality, reliable features across our B2B2C SaaS platform. Your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of users, and you’ll play a key role in building a strong, scalable QA foundation through both manual and automated testing.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role with at least 1+ years experience in automation test writing and execution.
Manual testing methodologies and documentation best practices
Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Exposure to REST API testing (e.g., Postman).
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD environments.
Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion to constantly seek improvements and efficiencies in the testing lifecycle.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate testing (e.g., AI-based test generation, flakiness detection, analysis).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with database querying and SQL for test validation.
Exposure / skills in Vitest
Experience in a SaaS or B2B2C product environment.

Responsibilities

Write and execute manual test cases across a wide range of features and platforms (web, mobile web, APIs).
Build and maintain automated tests using modern testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright+JS, TypeScript, Vitest).
Provide root cause analysis and technical customer support as required.
Work closely with cross-functional product & engineering pods to understand feature requirements, build out test plans and execute tests.
Conduct end-to-end, regression, sanity, performance, and API testing.
Report, track, and verify bugs using tools like Jira.
Participate in test planning, sprint reviews, and release readiness efforts.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and testing efficiency.
Experiment with new tools, including AI-based QA tools, to help increase velocity and reliability.
Work as part of a dedicated cross-functional squad to deliver a bug-free experience to end users.
