About The Position
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, blueprints and quality manuals. Ability to program CMM is a plus Knowledge of MS Office Software applications, Proficiency within a recognized ERP system Be comfortable working within external party internet portals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 4+ years' of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
- Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
Nice To Haves
- Will Aerospace experience is a plus
- Ability to program CMM is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
- Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
- Review customer drawing and requirement and provide quality plan
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Preparing Source Inspection for Aerospace customer
- Review and prepare NCR/SRD with customer
- Develop Inspection Plan for NPI
- Work with Supplier for quality issue.
- Update Quality work instruction.
- Train inspector team for specific customer requirement
