About The Position
Lead the supervision of manufacturing inspection and testing activities across all stages of production. Ensure product integrity and compliance with quality standards by identifying and addressing defects and failures. Your work directly contributes to delivering safe, high-quality products that improve lives. This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee quality assurance strategies and regulatory requirements to maintain world-class standards.
- Assess potential risks, ensure adherence to regulations, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Supervise team activities to uphold quality control across processes, including laboratory studies, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, and finished products.
- Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and fostering a culture of compliance.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee their products and services meet organizational quality standards.
