About The Position

We are seeking a QA Document & Artwork Coordinator to join our team at our Moorestown, NJ tea manufacturing facility. As a quality-focused manufacturer of tea products, we are committed to food safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality products to our customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality, food safety, supplier, and packaging documentation while supporting packaging artwork proofing, regulatory compliance, customer communications, and cross-functional Quality Assurance and R&D initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about supporting quality excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in packaging, documentation control, or regulatory compliance
  • Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety and audit programs (e.g., QAI Organic, BRC/SQF, Rainforest Alliance, Non-GMO) and preventive control systems such as HACCP and HARPC preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control quality and food safety documentation related to raw materials, packaging, and suppliers
  • Update and manage supplier qualification records, including specifications, certifications, audit reports, and regulatory documentation
  • Monitor and fulfill customer documentation requests through applicable portals
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to collect and validate required information
  • Serve as a resource during internal and external audits
  • Support administration of the kosher program, including maintaining documentation and coordinating approvals with certifying bodies
  • Assist with packaging artwork proofing and development of product data sheets in alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Gather artwork die lines and necessary supporting data
  • Review and proof packaging artwork for compliance with FDA labeling guidelines
  • Oversee packaging accuracy for New Jersey and Georgia facilities
  • Complete printer specification documentation and coordinate with printers and customers as needed
