About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our quality engineering strategy, leading the QA automation team, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge testing methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines, and exploring the potential of AI-driven quality engineering. This position requires strong technical leadership, a deep understanding of automation best practices, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Requirements

Proven experience in leading QA Automation teams.
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions.
Proficiency in defining automation strategy, standards, best practices, and governance.
Experience in mentoring and coaching QA engineers on automation tools and practices.
Strong understanding of shift-left testing and continuous quality engineering methodologies.
Experience with Java and Python for automation framework development.
Experience building automated test suites for Functional Testing, API Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
Experience with cloud-native testing solutions, particularly in AWS.
Experience designing and executing automation tests for cloud-based applications and microservices.
Proficiency in integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with AI-powered testing solutions and Generative AI for testing.
Experience in establishing test strategy, test planning, and defining quality metrics and KPIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with AI and machine learning techniques to improve software quality and testing efficiency.
Familiarity with defect prediction and analysis, self-healing test automation, and intelligent test execution optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead the QA Automation team in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions.
Define automation strategy, standards, best practices, and governance across multiple projects.
Mentor and coach QA engineers on automation tools, coding standards, and quality engineering practices.
Drive adoption of shift-left testing and continuous quality engineering methodologies.
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Python.
Build robust automated test suites for Functional Testing, API Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
Perform code reviews for automation scripts and frameworks.
Implement cloud-native testing solutions in AWS.
Design and execute automation tests for cloud-based applications and microservices.
Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
Enable automated quality gates and reporting.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing solutions.
Leverage Generative AI for automated test case generation, test data creation, defect prediction and analysis, and self-healing test automation.
Drive innovation using AI and machine learning techniques to improve software quality and testing efficiency.
Establish test strategy, test planning, and quality metrics.
Define and track KPIs including Automation Coverage, Defect Leakage, Test Execution Success Rate, and Release Quality Metrics.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement quality best practices.
Participate in release readiness reviews and production support activities.
