Instead, you’ll play a key part in keeping our quality systems organized, accurate, and running smoothly. Your work will directly support production, shipping, and customer satisfaction—without the pressure of constant change or unclear expectations. This is hands-on, important work that keeps the operation moving.

Requirements

• Take pride in being organized and detail-oriented
• Prefer structured, predictable work over constant change
• Like working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly
• Enjoy a mix of independent work and team collaboration
• Are comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, or ERP systems
• Experience in manufacturing or quality is helpful—but not required if you’re willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain quality data with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare inspection paperwork for outgoing shipments
• Organize and verify documentation so nothing slips through the cracks
• Support audits by keeping records clean and accessible
• Work closely with production and shipping to ensure everything is ready to go
