About The Position

The QA Analyst is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of technology solutions across Komen’s platforms, including Salesforce environments. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to validate system functionality, strengthen testing practices, and support continuous improvement of QA processes. The QA Analyst will play a critical role in executing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying defects, and contributing to scalable QA frameworks that support high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience executing functional, integration, and regression testing independently
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining manual and automated test cases
  • Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Jira and Xray
  • Ability to review and interpret requirements and technical documentation
  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and QA documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience testing within Salesforce environments, including Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with automation tools such as Provar or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
  • Demonstrated ability to improve QA processes and frameworks in evolving environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey testing outcomes and risks

Responsibilities

  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing independently across multiple systems
  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Review business requirements, technical specifications, and design documentation to provide timely and actionable feedback
  • Create and manage detailed test plans, including defining scope, timelines, and resource needs
  • Document, track, and report defects, test results, and quality metrics
  • Ensure consistent use of QA tools, including Jira/Xray, and maintain requirements traceability
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of QA frameworks, standards, and reporting repositories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support release readiness and continuous delivery practices
