About The Position

Saleo is looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed QA Analyst to help us ship fast without breaking the things our customers rely on. You’ll be the person who gets deep into the product, tests what we’re about to ship, stress-tests what already exists, and finds the bugs before our customers do. This role spans all Saleo product lines: Live, Capture, and AI Demo Agents. We move quickly, so we need someone who is curious, scrappy, and willing to click every button, test every weird edge case, and ask, “What could go wrong here?”

Requirements

  • Strong QA/testing experience for SaaS or web products
  • A natural bug-hunter mindset: curious, skeptical, and detail-oriented
  • Comfort testing fast-moving products with frequent releases
  • Ability to test across roles, accounts, permissions, and customer scenarios
  • Familiarity with Chrome DevTools
  • Clear written communication and strong bug documentation
  • Comfort with ambiguity — you can figure things out without needing a perfect test script
  • A bias for action: when something feels off, you chase it down

Nice To Haves

  • Experience testing Chrome extensions
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools
  • Experience testing AI/LLM product experiences
  • Experience with complex SaaS products, dashboards, tables, charts, or embedded workflows
  • Familiarity with Sentry, Datadog, Grafana, or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Test new product releases across Saleo Live, Capture, and AI Demo Agents
  • Run regression testing on existing product flows so we don’t break what already works
  • Hunt for bugs, broken experiences, confusing UX, and edge cases across the platform
  • Recreate real customer demo scenarios and validate that Saleo works in the wild
  • Test Chrome extension behavior, web app workflows, Capture tours, and AI-led experiences
  • Validate fixes from Engineering and make sure issues are actually resolved
  • Use Chrome DevTools to inspect console errors, network issues, DOM behavior, and performance problems
  • Write clear bug reports with repro steps, screenshots/videos, expected vs. actual results, and useful context
  • Prioritize issues based on customer impact, especially when they affect live demo moments
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, CS, and Sales to make sure what we ship is ready
