About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Analysis Technician II who is eager to learn and develop in the optical field onsite in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, open to feedback, and looking to grow their career. Requirements

3 + years of QA experience
Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift
Fine attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Good literacy and numeracy skills
You are proactive and have a strong ability to identify & problem solve
Follow instructions and production schedules

Nice To Haves

Previous quality analysis experience
Previous experience with utilizing pass / no pass standards
Previous warehousing experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

Utilize automation for quality analysis
Point out cosmetic defects
Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
Ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
Report to management on activities and issues
