About The Position
The Titles QA Agent performs consumer document audits for the vehicle loan refinancing and purchase process, ensuring that the documentation meets jurisdictional requirements and regulations for the DMV. This is an in-office position at our Denver CO office located in the Denver Tech Center.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent attention to detail, accurate and timely deliverables.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret Excel reports.
- Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced business environment.
- Adherence to company’s policies, including but not limited to attendance and latency policy.
Nice To Haves
- Proven record of similar job experience with Titles is a plus.
- Excel proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identifies the deal type and performs the audit following the standard process.
- Assesses if correct title documents were generated to support the title transaction deal set up.
- Efficiently fills out and submits title documents per jurisdictional requirements.
- Ensures quality assurance of documents prior to submission to jurisdiction for processing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
