About The Position

The IM Transcend PMO Compliance Manager will be a member of the IM Transcend PMO team. IM Transcend is a multi‑year, global business transformation initiative to modernize our end‑to‑end digital business capabilities by harmonizing a disparate ERP ecosystem, standardizing core business processes and product definitions across Commercial, R&D, Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data, and enabling an integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4HANA instance. Quality requirements for technology programs come from multiple sources — regulators, internal quality standards and policies, product standards, procedural norms, and other applicable requirements. The IM Transcend PMO Compliance Manager, in close collaboration with the Program Quality Leader, implements the specifications of corporate and organizational Quality Systems and Standards to ensure program processes and deliverables consistently meet corporate and regulatory requirements. The PMO Compliance Manager may be asked to lead or manage compliance‑oriented sub‑tasks within technology projects, including, but not limited to: supplier evaluation, validation activities, risk assessments and mitigations, audit follow‑ups, and other compliance‑related tasks. The manager will develop strong partnerships with key stakeholder groups, including IM, Commercial, R&D Quality, Regulatory, Enterprise Quality / Central Finance (CFIN), EPM, JJT, and Enterprise Sourcing.
