About The Position

Orion Innovation is a global business and technology services firm that delivers business transformation and product development through digital strategy, experience design, and engineering. The Python Fullstack Developer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, using Python as the primary programming language. The role develops and integrates RESTful APIs, implements machine learning models, and deploys and manages applications using cloud platforms, particularly Azure. It also uses Kubernetes and Docker to manage containerized applications in a CI/CD pipeline and develops and maintains PostgreSQL schemas and queries. The position is based in Iselin, New Jersey, with a hybrid work mode.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of Python development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in distributed task queue systems such as Celery.
• Hands-on experience with API development using FastAPI.
• Familiarity with implementing machine learning technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes and pipelines.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL for database management.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Node.js for backend development.
