Overview We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js) with strong experience in building scalable web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Cloud, Data, and AI/ML teams to design, develop, and deploy modern enterprise solutions.

Requirements

8-12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong expertise in Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, and REST API development.
Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for design, development, testing, and documentation.
Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and OLTP/OLAP concepts.
Experience with Microservices and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
Understanding of scalable backend architectures, performance optimization, and multithreading.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub and Agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Azure or AWS
Experience supporting high-traffic applications.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or Apache.
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and ReactJS.
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
Integrate databases, third-party services, and solutions into applications.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
