About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Python AI Engineer. This is a contract position for 12+ months, located in Concord, CA. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. As a Sr. Python AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-scale Python applications that support Agentic AI, marketing automation, and intelligent workflow orchestration. You will write production-quality Python code with a strong focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and secure coding practices. The role involves building and enhancing AI agents, orchestration services, APIs, and backend components using Python-based frameworks and libraries. A key aspect of the role is optimizing Python code for performance, reliability, and efficient interaction with vector databases, LLM services, and external systems. You will also conduct code reviews, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

Strong Python development experience.
Must be capable of writing production-scale code.
Motivation, learning agility, and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities
