About The Position
Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced AI Engineer- Python for an immediate opening. As an AI Engineer- Python, you will develop production-scale applications using Python. Build and integrate LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions. Develop multi-agent workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and governance controls. Integrate vector databases and knowledge graphs with AI applications. Convert structured enterprise data into knowledge-based AI solutions. Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver scalable AI products. Leverage AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Devin, while validating and improving generated code. Follow enterprise security, AI safety, governance, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Python development experience with production-grade coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI/agent development.
- Experience with agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and ability to independently evaluate AI-generated code.
- Experience working with vector databases, knowledge graphs, or similar AI data technologies.
- Experience in regulated/enterprise environments with awareness of AI governance and security.
Nice To Haves
- Practical Agentic AI experience.
- Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) and/or OpenShift.
- Experience with AI development assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Devin.
- Familiarity with ADK or similar agent frameworks.
