About The Position

Drive Workday Governance and Platform Innovation as PX Technology Operations Manager! Are you ready to shape the future of our HR technology ecosystem while driving strategic governance and compliance? Trimble is seeking an ambitious PX Technology Operations Manager to lead Workday audit controls, release strategies, and roadmap execution. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a robust SOX control environment while empowering continuous innovation across our global platform. In this role, you will be at the strategic center of our People Experience Technology organization, transitioning beyond day-to-day administration to actively govern, modernize, and scale our Workday ecosystem. You will have the unique opportunity to bridge HR, IS, Finance, and Audit, directly influencing how we balance rigorous SOX compliance with cutting-edge platform adoption.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in HRIS/Workday environments operating under SOX audit controls or IT risk management frameworks.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, including release management cycles, security role design, and system integrations.
Demonstrated expertise in executing IT General Controls (ITGCs) and managing audit compliance processes.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and building collaborative partnerships.

Nice To Haves

Workday certifications in core administrative, security, or governance tracks.
Prior experience managing complex cross-functional module deployments or enterprise-wide HR technology implementations.

Responsibilities

Champion the strategic governance and audit compliance framework for our Workday platform to ensure a high-performing and secure environment.
Spearhead weekly Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, overseeing seamless release management and tenant refresh strategies across environments.
Drive global feature adoption and continuous platform modernization by establishing strategic roadmaps that balance operational needs with innovation.
Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between People Experience, IS, Finance, and Audit for all platform control and risk management initiatives.
