About The Position

The R&D Program Manager leads development and commercialization of PageWide Industrial printing platforms and major subsystem programs from concept through customer deployment and production ramp. The manager partners with engineering, operations, customer assurance, services, marketing, supply chain, and business organizations to deliver industrial printing solutions that meet customer, quality, schedule, and financial objectives. The position leads complex new product development programs across the product lifecycle; owns integrated plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and executive communications; and identifies and mitigates risks. It leads R&D teams through design, development, validation, and release, coordinates subsystem work across engineering disciplines, and drives PLC milestones and readiness reviews.
