About The Position

This position is based out of the Bluebell Solar site in Sterling City, TX area and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage, AC/DC inverters on multiple solar power plants to achieve safe, efficient, and environmentally sound plant operations. The role involves maintaining all tools, shops, vehicles, and work locations in a safe and efficient condition, performing inspections of watch, electrical, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting for solar arrays and inverters. Inspections include daily checks for fluid system breaches, mechanical component breakage or misalignment, and electrical component failures preventing inverters from producing grid power. The candidate will support teammates in nearby states and maintain reliability, operations, and maintenance for assigned sites.

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• 1+ years of experience
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

Nice To Haves
