About The Position

This position is based out of the Ninnescah Flats Solar Site in Cunningham, KS area and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage, AC/DC inverters on multiple solar power plants to achieve safe, efficient, and environmentally sound plant operations. The role involves maintaining all tools, shops, vehicles, and work locations in a safe and efficient condition, performing inspections of watch, electrical, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting for solar arrays and inverters. Inspections are performed daily for fluid system breaches, mechanical component breakage or misalignment, and electrical component failures preventing inverters from producing grid power. The candidate will also support teammates in nearby states in the region, and maintain reliability, operations, and maintenance for sites in the assigned area.

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• 2+ years of experience
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

Nice To Haves

• Trade School Graduate

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
