About The Position

The Pursuits Manager will be responsible for managing the pursuit process from start to finish, including identifying and qualifying potential opportunities, coordinating proposal development, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful pursuit management and proposal development
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building
• Coordinate and lead the pursuit process, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals
• Conduct research and analysis to support proposal development, including market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs
• Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and meet all client requirements
• Manage the proposal budget and resources, including subcontractors and consultants
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and maintain marketing materials and collateral
• Track and report on pursuit metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
