Supervises storage area operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while supporting inventory control, purchasing, distribution, and accounts payable functions. Maintains documentation, oversees vendor and inventory management, coordinates receiving and distribution activities, and supports operational and financial goals through effective planning, reporting, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, budgets, and inventory forecasting.
Approve and track purchase orders, invoices, and p-card usage to maintain cost control and compliance.
Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of products throughout warehouse and operational areas.
Supervise warehouse staff, scheduling, workflow execution, and daily operations.
Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, product quality, and stock accuracy to reduce waste and shrinkage.
Conduct inventory counts, variance reviews, and month-end inventory reporting.
Ensure timely invoice processing, reconciliations, accrual tracking, and accounts payable documentation.
Maintain order guides, requisition schedules, and warehouse procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor commodity pricing, transfer activity, and inventory trends to support financial goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory security procedures.
Communicate operational updates, inventory status, and financial impacts with leadership teams.
