Requirements

• Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data entry.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a related position or in the Flooring Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and following up with vendors.
• Ensure purchase orders are updated with the proper information
• Product Data Entry
• Review purchase orders to ensure efficiency
• Print and fax in orders to vendors daily
• Respond to inquiries regarding all purchase orders
• Assign and reserve all inventory
• Follow up on all orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a good relationship with vendors and staff
• Maintain files
• Perform other duties as assigned
