The Purchasing Receiver is responsible for handling purchasing functions, like receiving and delivering to departments while also maintaining an effective filing system for hotel supplies. They are also responsible for optimizing the effectiveness in providing the hotel accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions, including receiving guest signatures for received packages. Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
