Responsibilities

• Manage on-hand inventory to optimize stock and minimize loss.
• Work with operations and culinary teams to manage product requisitions and distribution.
• Oversee the delivery process and delivery schedules.
• Safeguard, store, and rotate inventory and products.
• Ensure regular completion and rotation of inventory, and place orders in a timely manner.
• Manage order delivery schedules and pricing lists.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize loss.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and safe delivery.
• Complete annual performance and mid-term reviews for on-site warehouse teams.
• Manage hiring processes for warehouse team members.
• Hold pre-shift meetings with the warehouse team.
• Manage product transfers and requisition sheets to ensure accurate product tracking.
• Ensure invoices are keyed accurately.
• Support the management and maintenance of Birchstreet processes and data.
• Identify slow- and dead-stock items and work with culinary and operations teams to address them.
• Work with operations teams on loading products to locations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
