About The Position

The Purchasing Manager role is with Levy at Iowa State University. Responsibilities

Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals.
Contribute to required department reports and assist in compiling information at month-end closing.
Ensure products are properly stored, rotated, and dated according to Levy guidelines.
Monitor inventory procedures for accountability.
Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines.
