Great Pay !! $25-$30 We are looking for Full-Time Purchasing Clerk III to join our Tukwila Team! Receive incoming materials Maintain and organize storeroom Stock and deliver materials to production floor prepare materials to ship Data Entry Problem Solving Administrative Support

Able to lift between 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials
Maintain and organize storeroom
Stock and deliver materials to production floor
Prepare materials to ship
Data Entry
Problem Solving
Administrative Support
Obtains approvals of matched invoices with PO’s and pack lists
Codes and tracks invoices during processing
Scans approved invoices and sends to Corporate AP department
Reviews vendor statements and resolves payment of past-due invoices
Maintain monthly accrual worksheets
Issues purchase orders required as a result of items that reached minimum inventory levels on plant consumable inventory count
Issues and receives weekly plant consumables inventory count
Issues purchase orders on a daily basis for items requisitioned and approved by Plant Manager and/or Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager
Purchases and controls inventory of office supplies
Assists Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager, as directed
Is an active member and participates in Cost Reduction Committee
