Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in purchasing, inventory, foodservice, restaurant operations is highly preferred.
• Food distribution or wholesale food experience
• ERP or inventory management system experience
• Purchasing or procurement background

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, deliveries, and product availability
• Monitor inventory and support replenishment
• Track open orders and shipment schedules
• Maintain purchasing records and reports
• Partner with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams
• Resolve purchasing and vendor issues
• Help keep our supply chain running smoothly
