Assist with receiving of incoming product. Insure product is stored in its proper location. Issues product to the various departments, maintain storeroom for cleanliness, and assist with the inputting info into the I.P. system (EATEC). Assist with inventories.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • A minimum of 3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must have knowledge of Food Storage
  • Must have excellent computer skills and ability to learn and retain information.
  • Must withstand cold temperatures
  • Must work varied shifts
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs, according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving of incoming product.
  • Ensure product is stored in its proper location.
  • Issue product to the various departments.
  • Maintain storeroom for cleanliness.
  • Assist with inputting information into the I.P. system (EATEC).
  • Assist with inventories.
  • Maintain food supplies in the Storeroom in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist with period end food inventory.
  • Input information into the inventory/purchasing system (EATEC).
  • Maintain Quality control of food products.
  • Rotate all merchandise to maintain freshness.
  • Maintain walk in boxes in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure floors are swept and mopped on a daily basis or as often as needed.
  • Receive food product and put in storage boxes or shelves.
  • Fill and update interdepartmental food requisitions.
  • Process food invoices with SOP.
  • Work with vendors and culinary team to prepare food orders.
  • Maintain par levels of food inventory.
  • Review order guides and prepare purchase orders with all major vendors.
  • Update requisitions in Eatec.
  • Assist in offsite deliveries of commissary product and basic purchases.
  • Drive a company vehicle and/or company insured vehicle.
