Requirements
- Experienced
- 2 Year Degree

Responsibilities
- Ability to handle purchasing needs from multiple suppliers for multiple locations.
- Run reports daily for purchasing needs and update POs with supplier acknowledgements.
- Ability to analyze previous purchasing trends to make informed decisions on purchasing quantities.
- Ability to communicate clearly with sales reps, vendor reps, inside sales, and accounting across multiple locations.
- Update ERP system with current costs and adjust replenishment methods and quantities.
- Understanding of freight methods and policies to minimize freight costs.
- Process supplier returns.
- Follow up on past due POs and get updated delivery information.
- Other duties as may be deemed necessary by manager
