About The Position

The Purchasing Clerk position is an opportunity to break into the world of purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, and operations within one of the fastest-growing companies in sports and entertainment. You’ll work directly with experienced buyers and cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on exposure to how products are sourced, produced, tracked, and delivered at scale. For someone early in their career who is highly organized, analytical, and eager to learn, this role can serve as a strong foundation for long-term growth within purchasing, procurement, operations, or supply chain management. Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills are required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of related administrative, purchasing, operations, or analytical experience preferred
  • Experience with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders for materials and services
  • Support invoice processing and purchasing documentation
  • Help track inventory, shipments, and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Maintain purchasing records, costing files, and supplier databases
  • Assist with RFQs (Request for Quotes) and sourcing support
  • Build and update reports that help drive purchasing decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Cross-train across multiple purchasing and operational functions
  • Support onboarding and setup for new suppliers and vendors
