Purchase Clerk - Sunroad Auto Shared Services, Inc. Non-Exempt Job Description: A Purchase Coordinator reviews and assists with purchase orders and facilitates timely payment from vendors and customers. Essential Functions: Perform various administrative and manual tasks, including updating spreadsheets and monitoring system statuses. Handle the processing of used car purchases for assigned dealerships. Verify that all DMV paperwork is complete and accurate before issuing equity checks to customers. Manage payoff transactions for vehicles with outstanding balances owed to lienholders. Process and issue equity checks to customers. Investigate and settle toll violation citations as needed. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Prepare and complete reports, memoranda, and other necessary documents. Address and resolve high-priority issues and challenges promptly. Collaborate with departments to ensure that purchases are recorded accurately and timely. Provide general administrative and clerical support as required. Maintain satisfactory attendance. Performs other related duties as assigned.
