HRIS Analyst– Sunroad Auto Shared Services, Inc. (Onsite in San Diego) Non-Exempt Summary: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, and providing support for various HR functions. This role will involve handling employee data management, generating reports, and supporting HR projects. Essential Functions: Employee File/Data Management Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data. Manage employee file archiving and retrieval processes. Report Requests Generate and distribute HR reports as requested by management. Assist in the development of custom reports to meet organizational needs. Data Reporting (EEOC, 1095c, etc.): Compile and submit required data reports for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., EEOC, 1095c). Ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant authorities. HUB Maintenance Perform regular maintenance and updates to the HRIS HUB. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT. Dayforce Superuser Act as the primary point of contact for Dayforce HRIS system. Provide training and support to HR staff and other users. Assist in system upgrades and testing new features. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to HR leadership. Support HR projects with data analysis and reporting. System Optimization Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes and workflows. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements. Other Assist the HR team in their requests to provide data and reports. Maintain satisfactory attendance. Other duties as assigned.
