About The Position

The Purchasing Associate supports the procurement of prefabricated materials, mainly for High Voltage projects. The role is based in Pearl River, New York, and works onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The associate works with Project Managers to support informed purchasing decisions and communicates with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort working with databases and purchasing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch and correct discrepancies.
• Clear, professional communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Professionalism and communication and people skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in purchasing, accounting, or a related administrative role.
