This role is responsible for processing and managing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, conducting inventory assessments, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient purchasing processes. The assistant will monitor inventory levels, track purchase orders, record purchases and usage, and reconcile stock counts. They will also inspect shipments, match them to purchase orders, enter receiving data, and organize received stock. Monthly inventories will be performed, and courier packages will be managed. Damaged products will be returned to senders.
