About The Position

This position has responsibility for accurate PSI, forecasting and releasing of order to vendors and efficient movement of inventory by tracking requirements for production and sharing inventory forecasts. It is also responsible for ensuring that parts are consistently replenished in order to meet the production schedule on time without delay.

• Accurate PSI, forecasting and releasing of orders to vendors.
• Efficient movement of inventory by tracking requirements for production and sharing inventory forecasts.
• Ensuring parts are consistently replenished to meet the production schedule on time without delay.
• Managing/updating daily requirements for production to release forecast to vendors and confirm orders.
• Processing PR (Parts Required) to PO and PCR (Purchase Order Cancel Request) to get parts on time without delay.
• Confirming/requesting/tracking ETD (expected time delivery) for each shipment weekly to vendors.
• Fixing defective issues of parts and processing rejected materials and refunds with vendors (RMA).
• Tracking shipping containers and coordinating agencies for transport on a daily basis.
• Monitoring BOM change with PE and processing M to M/701-702 for GI pending.
• Managing subcontract orders (parts, stock confirm, GI confirm, PO).
• Providing HQ KPI Reports and supporting Audit and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage/update daily requirements for production to release forecast to vendors and confirm order, including PR (Parts Required] to PO, PCR [Purchase Order Cancel Request] to get parts on time without delay.
• Confirm/request/track ETD [expected time delivery] for each shipment weekly to vendors.
• Fix defective issue of parts and process rejected materials and refunds with vendors (RMA).
• Tracks shipping containers and coordinates agencies for transport on a daily basis.
• Monitor BOM change with PE and process M to M/701-702 for GI pending.
• Manage subcontract orders (parts, stock confirm, GI confirm, PO).
• Provide HQ KPI Reports and support Audit and management report.
• All other duties as assigned.
