About The Position

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their growing Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or operations. If you have a Bachelor's degree and some experience in purchasing, administrative support, supply chain, operations, customer service, inventory, logistics, or a related field, we want to hear from you. Training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Some experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, operations, customer service, vendor coordination, or administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Create and process purchase orders using company systems
  • Coordinate with vendors to track orders and delivery timelines
  • Monitor open orders and provide status updates to internal teams
  • Follow up on backorders, shipping delays, and urgent requests
  • Support invoice and order discrepancy resolution
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
  • Communicate with departments to understand purchasing needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
