About The Position

Aftersales Purchasing is responsible for supporting Nissan's service parts business, accessories, service lane products, second-line parts, and motorsports activities. This internship offers an opportunity to work on automation and analytics initiatives that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a self-motivated, fast learner who is interested in leveraging technology and analytics to solve business challenges.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Working knowledge of Python programming and its application to automation and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Interest in process automation, business analytics, and continuous improvement.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Develop process automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual administrative work.
• Build and enhance data analytics tools that support reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
• Create automated reporting solutions that simplify data collection, analysis, and presentation processes.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing team members to support technology-driven initiatives and workflow enhancements.
