We are looking for a Purchase Order Review Clerk that will be responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders. This role involves carefully and accurately reviewing all customer purchase orders for confirmation into the company ERP system. The clerk will regularly access customer portals to acquire the latest revisions of documents, maintain and update electronic work instructions (Q clause), and notify in writing of any discrepancies found for corrections or additional information needed from the customer. The position also requires working closely with CSS’s and other sales staff, correcting and modifying inaccurate files or records into various databases, and cross-training into other areas within the department.
