Punch Technician, Trim
About The Position
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Punch-Out Technician to complete final trim repairs and finish carpentry corrections before homes are turned over to builders. You take pride in craftsmanship, have an eye for detail, and understand that the finishing touches make all the difference. Requirements
- Previous residential trim or finish carpentry experience
- Ability to install, repair, and adjust finish carpentry materials
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple punch items
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite
Responsibilities
- Complete final trim and finish carpentry repairs identified during builder walkthroughs
- Install and repair baseboards, casings, crown molding, door and window trim, shelving, and other finish carpentry as needed
- Fill nail holes, caulk gaps, and make adjustments to ensure a clean, finished appearance
- Address punch list items efficiently while maintaining Rally Construction Group quality standards
- Collaborate with field supervisors and builders to resolve final deficiencies
- Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work area
- Meet builder deadlines while following all company safety policies
